The main frame is made of 40 x 40 mm MS square pipe, rigidly welded, fixed with MS bolts. All frames are epoxy painted. Only BWR (boiling water resistant) grade plywood of standard construction is used, and all external surfaces are completely laminated. The interior surfaces are layered with clear epoxy varnish. All handles are manufactured out of polished stainless steel, with multi lock single key system. All tabletops are made out of highly polished granite slabs, which are easy to clean and maintain.
Island tables/work benches are provided with porcelain sinks with spouts. A two-tier RA agent rack is mounted on the island table. The RA rack is offered with power sockets, gas and vacuum valves. The inner space is used to run the utility pipes and electric cables for power sockets.

Finish: It is powder coated. The height is 0.915. It is provided with 20 mm granite top with rounded edges and fully polished. Also available with melamine top fitted with under cupboards made from 20 mm thick BWR resistant laminated plywood, consisting of one drawer and two shutter arrangement with cabinet hinges, nylon roller slides and locks.
Utilities- One end of the table is provided with porcelain sinks and the other is provided with a waste disposal flap door and collection bin arrangement

- The reagent rack is provided in a set of 5 in 1 multi pin power socket at every one meter apart. These will be wired through a concealed PVC tray ducting
- We can also provide raw water and gas lines on the island tables
- The table is fitted with under cupboards on each side-as per requirement.
Ventstore SystemThis system is appropriate for storing chemicals that infect or pollute the lab. This is placed in line with the FCs so that gas/fumes from this storage system are exhausted by connecting the ducting to nearest fume hood's suction inlet. By this method a negative pressure is induced in this space, to keep it continuously flushed. The inner walls are laminated with 'polypropylene lining and provided with PP shelf and drawers and the interior is illuminated by shatterproof lighting.
